whole world is a-gonna be mighty surprised when I show up out of thin air, hand 'em all a stick of
firewood, and then r'ar back and spit right smack in their eye.

I s'pose that there two billion, two hunnerd and fifty million, nine hunnerd and fifty-nine thousand, nine
hunnerd and nineteen includes everybody on earth.
