"Answer me," she said, leaning toward him, the gilded fingernails beginning to curve
into tiny sickles. The power of the Riddle held him captive. Through it she began to sense
the draining of his spirit into hers as the unanswered riddle drank him down.
"I am not human," she said aloud as she knelt beside his corpse. Her body crouched,
