"I don't know about that soul garbage. But I lost someone close to me
once, wasted by lowlifes, and it sure ticked me off," Lobo said. "It taught
me a great lesson, though. I learned not to waste time bawlin' my brains
out." He smirked. "It's more fun to get even."

Doc Madsen was examining Grizzly critically. "Who is this?" he
inquired.
"I know who it is," Jaguarundi stated, smiling. He stepped up and
offered his right hand. "Hello, Grizzly. Long time no see."

the first team and grown to love Grizzly. Through the machinations of
someone who wanted to destroy the Force, they had been driven apart.
Grizzly had disappeared.

Later, when Blade received a report that Grizzly might actually be alive
and staying at a town called Mesaville in Arizona, Athena had volunteered
to go along. Blade broke the gloomy spell by asking, "Has General
Gallagher phoned or been by?"

"Not in days," Doc Madsen answered.

"The only visitor we've had is the diaper case," Lobo added.

"Who?" Blade asked, and then understood. "I wouldn't call Havoc that
to his face if I were you."
"Why not?" Lobo responded. "He's not in the same league as his older
