Be prepared for criticism! Your manuscript will be marked up in ink,
disposable or not. Keep in mind, editorial comments reflect the personal
tastes of the individual editors and the magazine as a whole; we aim to be
helpful, not hurtful.

POETRY: No length limit; prefer longer works instead of "filler" poems.
Avoid rhyme unless compelled to use that format. Use concrete imagery
wherever possible. Give the piece a title, even if it's "untitled."

ARTWORK: Black & white/greyscale. Must photocopy well. Do not send
originals! Mark if disposable/recyclable. Give all pieces titles.

NON-FICTION: Suggested limit 500-1K. Query for longer works. Looking for
reviews of current/upcoming genre-related movies, videos, fiction magazines,
books, celebrity interviews, computer games, etc. Looking for a distinctive
style, intelligent observations, and a scholarly disposition without being
too aloof.

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING REVIEWED: Send it to us. No guarantees; contingent
upon space and time constraints. Must be akin to H/F/SF. Tearsheet of
review available for SASE. Remember: reviews are another form of criticism!

IF YOU WANT TO PLACE/SWAP AN AD: Contact us immediately for prices and
sizes. Space is precious.
